Also, mit was fang ich an? Ach ja, der Rivoli aus dem Valentine-Workshop hat ein Plätzchen gefunden:

I have to admit it, Pippi Longstockings is my role model sometimes. At least when it is about working or not :-) But now I pick up my lazy bones and show you some pics!
Ok, what should I start with? I think with the results of my Valentine workshop. The rivoli found a new home in a pendant:

Beim Aufräumen habe ich auch noch den Schnappschuss gefunden, den ich bei unserem Pitaya-Kurs im Perlament Ende November gemacht hatte (klasse Teilnehmerinnen übrigens!). So weit waren wir nach ca. 5 Stunden gekommen. Ratet mal, wer das dicke Ding gefädelt hat :-)

And I found the snapshot of the samples from our Pitaya Necklace class at Das Perlament in November (fantastic students, btw.!!). This is how far we got by the end of the day. Guess who made the big one :-)

So, das wars für jetzt. Ich wollte noch was zeigen, aber ich sehe gerade, das Foto ist unscharf. Da muss ich wohl nochmal ran.

Is scho wieder Valentin?

Nö, nicht wirklich. Aber am Freitag war es beinahe so weit. Im Perlament fand ein Kurs mit meinem "Be my Valentine"-Anhänger statt.
Is it Valentine's Day already? No, but last Friday it was. Well, sort of. At Das Perlament we had a class with my "Be my Valentine" pendant.

Hier ein paar wirklich sehr hübsche Ergebnisse (das Mini-Ding ist von mir, ich mache gerade Diät).

Pimp my "Hugs 'n' Kisses"

Diese Kleinlinge mach ich immer wieder gerne. Diesmal war es gleich eine ganze Handvoll als kleine Dreingabe zur Geburtstagsfeier meiner Mama. Sind ganz gut angekommen bei den Gästen glaube ich.

I love making these! This time they were planned as a little giveaway on my mom's birthday party. I think the guests all liked them.

There's life on Saturn!

Das Teilchen hat während der Entstehung mehrere Metamorphosen in meinem Kopf durchgemacht. Von Raumstation über Kettenkarussell und umgestülpter 3-lagiger Hochzeitstorte wieder zur Raumstation. Eine glitzernde swarovskianische Raumstation natürlich.
In my head it made a metamorphosis from space station to merry-go-round to upside down 3-tiered wedding cake and finally back to space station. A glittering Swarovskianian space station of course.

Da darf dann auch das kleine grüne Männchen nicht fehlen.

Neue Kurse!

In ein paar Stunden ist es wieder soweit, dann wird auf der Website vom Perlament das aktuelle Kursprogramm veröffentlicht. Ich wollte hier nur mal ganz kurz anmerken, dass ich auch dabei bin :-)
Only in a few hours the new class program will be revealed on Das Perlament's website. And I am in it. Just wanted to mention :-)

Am 26.11.2011 gibt es als Deutschlandpremiere die "Pitaya-Kette", ein Combiprojekt von Jill Wiseman und mir. Bisher gab es nur Termine von Jill in USA und einen gemeinsamen Workshop dieses Jahr auf der Bead & Button Show.
On November, 26th, we will have a premier for Germany, the "Pitaya Necklace", a combo project by Jill Wiseman and me. Until now there were only some workshops in the US by Jill and on Bead & Button Show this year I had the pleasure to join her.

Wahlweise entweder in der klassischen, kurzen Form...
You can choose between the classical, short version...

... oder als "extended Version".
... and the "extended version".

Und vorher schon am 18.11.2011 gibt es "Be my Valentine". Eigentlich als Anhänger gedacht, kann aber auch in ein Armband eingebaut, zu mehreren gruppiert oder als Hingucker auf eine Ringschiene montiert werden.
A week earlier on November, 18th, we will have "Be my Valentine". Originally planned as a pendant you can also include it in a bracelet, group several hearts or use it as a ring top.
